The 2007 Hurricane Season officially began June 1 and will run through November 30, 2007. The National Hurricane Center forecasts that there will be 13 to 17 named storms, with 7 to 10 of those becoming hurricanes, and 3 to 5 of those are forecasted to be major hurricanes.
